Load Finder lets shippers post freight loads and drivers find loads, offer their vehicles, exchange messages and share live vehicle location for a load they are assigned to. Data is stored with Google Firebase. This policy explains what is collected and how to delete it.
No sign-up is required. The app creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication identifier for your device; we do not collect your name, email or password for sign-in. The profile details you enter (name, home region, vehicle details) are stored under that identifier.
Loads you post (origin, destination, weight, price, notes, photos), vehicle listings, route price offers, messages, reviews and reports are stored in Firebase (Firestore and Storage, Europe) and are visible to other app users as needed for the marketplace. Messages are visible to the people in that conversation.
If you choose to share vehicle location for an assigned load, the app sends your location (with the time) to the load owner. Location is used only while you share it for that load; it is not used for advertising.
Photos you attach to loads or messages are uploaded to Firebase Storage. The app only accesses photos you select.
If you allow notifications, a push token is stored with Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver alerts. You can turn them off in Settings.
Free users see banner ads from Google AdMob. Where required, Google’s consent form is shown. The app asks for Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission; if you allow it, AdMob may use your advertising identifier for personalized ads, and if you decline it will not. AdMob may process your IP address (approximate location), device and ad interaction data. See Google’s privacy policy and AdMob’s data disclosure. We do not sell your data.
Premium (auto-renewing) removes ads and unlocks unlimited offers. Apple processes payments; we only check verified subscription status and never receive your payment details. Manage or cancel in your Apple account settings.
Email zulfikar.isiklar@gmail.com with your request and we will delete the data tied to your anonymous identifier. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Yüklere veya mesajlara eklediğiniz fotoğraflar Firebase Storage’a yüklenir. Uygulama yalnızca seçtiğiniz fotoğraflara erişir.
Bildirimlere izin verirseniz uyarıları iletmek için Firebase Cloud Messaging push anahtarı saklanır. Ayarlardan kapatabilirsiniz.
Ücretsiz kullanıcılar Google AdMob banner reklamlarını görür. Gerekli yerlerde Google onay formu gösterilir. Uygulama Apple Uygulama Takip Şeffaflığı izni ister; izin verirseniz AdMob kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar için reklam tanımlayıcınızı kullanabilir, reddederseniz kullanmaz. AdMob IP adresinizi (yaklaşık konum), cihaz ve reklam etkileşim verilerini işleyebilir. Google gizlilik politikası, AdMob veri açıklaması. Verilerinizi satmayız.
Premium (otomatik yenilenen) reklamları kaldırır ve sınırsız teklif sağlar. Ödemeleri Apple işler; yalnızca doğrulanmış abonelik durumunu kontrol ederiz, ödeme bilgilerinizi almayız. Apple hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
zulfikar.isiklar@gmail.com adresine talebinizi yazın; anonim kimliğinize bağlı verileri sileriz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
